Refund & Return Policy



Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you are not happy with your purchase due to any reason, you could send the item back to us within 30 days of receiving it. Our customers are our priority because after all, it is them who have made what we are today.

We have learned from our experience of years that most returns are due to wrong size ordering this is due to a very common mistake made by most online shoppers and that is the influence of their domestic size chart. Most buyers use to buy online according to the size they generally wear while a medium in the USA is different in the EU or UK and is entirely different in Australia & rest of the world, however, since we sell globally we cannot have a region-specific size chart

We do have our own size chart which is why we request our buyers to please double, triple check their measurements with our size chart. This will save both of us the hassle of returns and exchange. If unsure about size, please email us at or opt to have a custom (made to measure) jacket by giving us your measurements and having a jacket custom made to your exclusive measurements.

Following is our Returns & Exchange Policy:


If you wish to return any item purchase from us, please observe the following:

Please email us at about the defective merchandise you have received or if you wish to change your size and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
(Please be aware that without RMA we might not be able to accept returns)
We will reply to your email with return instructions.
Once the merchandise is received and inspected, we will either refund or exchange it as per the customer’s requirements.


Please note that returned items MUST be unused, in the original condition/packaging they were received in, and with all the tags and labels attached.
Please return your items with the insured postal service or courier to avoid loss due to the item being lost as cannot be held liable for the missing of items in transit for returns from buyers.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless they have received something SIGNIFICANTLY NOT AS DESCRIBED.
If the buyer selects the wrong size so we will not be responsible at all.


Buyers will be reimbursed in the same method of payment used to pay for the item.
For the refunds we have the following options:

  1. Money Back (Same method used to pay, whether Paypal or Debit/Credit Card payment)
  2. Discount on the next purchase (up to 50%)
  3. Gift certificate (Could be used for next purchase)
  4. Please note that Custom (Made to measure) items, discounted items, and Items on SALE are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable.
    However, if a custom-made item has to be altered, we could do it for FREE if the buyer pays for both way shipping charges. This doesn’t apply to discounted/promotional items or items on a grand scale.
    During a promotional period, the cost of shipping may not be refunded unless a faulty item is sent out.

In case of a refund request due to mind change, the cost of shipping will NOT be refunded which again will be between $18 to $54 according to the location of the buyer in the world even if the shipping is FREE for the item,

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
